• Please allow up to 3 working days for us to process your order after payment confirmation & ship via JNE, JNT & LALAMOVE / GOSEND / GRABSEND for shipping
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email for website orders including the tracking number after payment has been received.
• Orders delivery will only be performed on working days.
• Import duties will be borne by the customer, with the amount varying according to the import tax regulations in the countries the recipient resides in.
