Exchange Policy

Love your order, but not your right size? 

We hope you love every item you order from us, but if you find that the fit isn't quite right, you have a window of 2 days from the date of receiving your package to initiate a size exchange. Please note that we do not offer refunds.

It's important to be aware that customers are responsible for shipping expenses, and we don't provide pick-up services. If the desired item is out of stock, you can exchange it for a model of equal or higher value.

To facilitate a smooth exchange process, please ensure that the items are returned in new, unused, unwashed condition, with all garment tags still attached and in the original packaging provided by Tiada Tara.

We will not accept returns for items that are damaged, washed, soiled, or altered. Such items will be promptly sent back to the customer.
